This training camp is perfect for runners/cyclists or triathletes who have some basic experience in completing races and training under a program. This camp will help the athlete push their limits with increasing the training volume and giving them the chance to benefit from training in high altitude.
The program will also be tailored to the athletes needs to ensure the maximum benefit from the training camp is achieved.
Athletes will also get to choose between attending the 1st week, 2nd week, or both.
