Run: 8 week speed build
This training program is created specifically for intermediate athletes who are aiming to unlock new running improvements to push for new PRs in the 5km and 10km events. The training program focuses on speed and threshold work distributed in 5-6 running sessions per week.
Bike: 12 week bike build
Not sure about how to improve your bike fitness? did you stop for a while and want to get back on track? This power-based training program is created for you. 4 specifically designed training sessions per week will ensure improvements and get you back on track.
Triathlon: 16 weeks 70.3 training program
We have trained countless triathletes to their first 70.3 ironman finish line and with that experience we created a fit for all training program that will guide beginners to their first finish line or thier new PR. You are eligible for this training program if you can swim continuously for 1km, Bike for 40km and run for 10km.
